Highlands, North Scottsdale’s first master-planned residential
community (opened in 1983), helped set the standards, guidelines and

575 homesites are priced from the low $200,000s to around $850,000.
Currently, over 400 custom homes have been completed in Desert Highlands,
and another 25 homes are under construction. Homes range in price from
the mid $700,000’s to over $3,000,000. In late 2003 about 3/4 of the
homes were built or under construction.
