residential community” with a population of 4,500. It’s
located in Scottsdale near Lake Serena, just east of the McCormick Ranch.
Neighborhoods attract a diverse population

townhomes, private patio homes, tennis villas and spacious single-family
homes. Only resale homes are available. A four-bedroom home on the Ranch
(about 2,100 square feet of living space) will go for about $354,900.

A three-bedroom waterfront home with a pool (4,000 square feet of living
space) is currently valued at around $925,000. Condominium and townhouse
units in the Scottsdale Ranch’s Racquet Club community range from
$73,500 to around $238,000. One, two and three-bedroom units are available.
The smaller units are around 620 square feet and the largest are just
under 1,500 square feet. A garage or carport is included. These units
also can be leased for $800 to $2,950 per month.
to the community is Scottsdale Ranch Park, a 31-acre venue that offers
a variety of sports and recreation opportunities. Residents will find
baseball diamonds, basketball, tennis, racquetball and volleyball, plus
large grass areas with shade trees and picnic areas. The tennis center
features 12 lighted tennis courts, four lighted racquetball courts and
one lighted squash court. There are also six lighted sand volleyball
courts, picnic areas, four half-court basketball courts, four lighted
